神的眷顾是：
祂用无所不能，无所不在的能力，如同用祂的手一样，仍旧托住天地和万物，
以致一草一木、天晴下雨、丰收饥荒、食物饮料、健康疾病、富足贫穷，一切都并非是偶然而生的，而是出于神的手。
因此，我们可以在患难中忍耐，在顺境中感恩；对于将来临到我们的一切，能坚定地信靠信实的天父上帝，任何受造物都不能使我们与祂的爱隔绝。
因为万物都在他的手中，祂若不许，它们动也不能动。

我们并非不知道上帝是全知、全能的。我们并非不知道上帝眷顾我们。但你知道人生不是像自己所计划的那样，来到某些时刻，内心满是疑问。
我们会问主说：“为什么？” 特别在我们没有犯罪却要受苦的时候，我们通常会问：“主啊，到底为什么？我做错了什么？”

When the path grows dim and our questions have no answers, turn to Him.

跪下也蕴含着将眼目从自己转向祂，将放在自己身上的焦点转而对焦在主的身上。
跪下吧，将口中的埋冤转为赞美，将心中的苦毒转为甘甜：因我们晓得，我们所信的上帝是美善且眷顾我们的。
